Our approach
We keep cookies to a minimum. Strictly necessary storage is used only to make the site work and to remember your choices. Non‑essential analytics runs only if you opt in via the cookie banner, and never before. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Strictly necessary (always on)
These do not require consent because the site cannot work without them. They do not track you across other sites.
- plenzo-lang — remembers your language (Polish/English). First‑party cookie, up to 12 months.
- plenzo-consent — stores your cookie choices and their version so we don’t ask again. First‑party cookie, up to 180 days.
Analytics (only if you consent)
Set only after you accept analytics in the banner. We use PostHog to understand how the site is used and to improve it — measuring page views, aggregated funnels and conversion. No advertising, no session recording, no cross‑site tracking.
- PostHog first‑party analytics identifier — distinguishes your browser so measurement is consistent. Processed on PostHog EU Cloud (Frankfurt, Germany, EEA).
Managing and withdrawing your choices
Open “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time to accept, reject, or change categories. Rejecting or withdrawing keeps every strictly‑necessary feature working; only analytics is affected. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
Withdrawal versus deletion
Withdrawing consent stops any future analytics collection immediately. To also erase analytics data already collected about you, contact privacy@plenzo.app and we will action your request.
Changes to this policy
If we add a new purpose or processor, we update this policy and ask for your consent again. The effective date is shown above.
